To further advance the implementation of the intellectual property strategy, carry out the spirit of the Third Science and Technology Innovation Conference, enhance the level of intellectual property management system development, and strengthen capabilities in IP creation and utilization, the Group (Bureau) convened a special training session on patent application and technology transfer at the “Mingda Lecture Hall” on the afternoon of August 16.

This training session invited several experts, including Yao Weihua, a former patent examiner and review examiner at the National Intellectual Property Administration, to serve as instructors. The program covered key topics such as the fundamentals of intellectual property, the patent application process, and patent analysis and value enhancement. Participants received detailed instruction on patent basics, filing and examination procedures, patent information analysis, early‑warning analysis, and technology transfer, followed by interactive Q&A sessions both in person and online.
This training session deepened patent management personnel’s understanding of patent-related work, clarified the principles and approaches to patent management, and played a crucial role in advancing the high-quality development of the Group’s (Bureau’s) patent activities.
More than 90 patent management and technical personnel from the Group (Bureau) headquarters and its directly affiliated units attended this training session.
