Recently, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director, visited the National People’s Congress Beijing Training Base to extend his greetings and encouragement to the participants of the Advanced Training Program on Enhancing Seven Key Competencies for Young Cadres.
Liu Xingwang inspected the trainees’ living and learning conditions, reviewed the training program’s curriculum and practical arrangements, joined them for morning exercises and study sessions, and convened a symposium during breaks, engaging in four hours of extensive dialogue. He emphasized that the Advanced Training Program on Enhancing Seven Key Competencies for Young Cadres is a vital component of our bureau’s talent-development efforts—a valuable opportunity for young cadres to refresh their knowledge, strengthen their capabilities, and pursue self-improvement; it also serves as an excellent platform for honing work styles and projecting a positive image. Trainees were urged to cherish this training opportunity, study diligently, enhance their skills, and develop the ability to identify and resolve problems. They were encouraged to communicate more with one another, exchange ideas, share experiences, foster camaraderie, support each other, and advance together—bringing the competencies they have acquired and the disciplined work ethic they have cultivated into their future duties, thereby contributing youthful energy to the Administration’s continued growth and development.
Through this visit and exchange, the trainees deeply felt the General Administration Party Committee’s earnest expectations for young cadres. They all expressed their determination to study diligently, hone their capabilities, ensure that their learning yields tangible results, apply what they have learned in practice, and make greater contributions to the prosperous development of the General Administration.
