　　On October 15, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), paid a visit to the People’s Government of Wuxiang County, Changzhi City, where he engaged in in-depth discussions with He Siyu, Secretary of the Wuxiang County Party Committee, and Wang Shuwen, County Mayor.

　　Liu Xingwang presented the comprehensive development and management plan for the Guanhe Reservoir. He stated that the renovation and development of the Guanhe Reservoir aligns with the CPC Central Committee’s ecological development philosophy of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” benefiting both the present generation and future generations. China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau places great importance on its operations in the Wuxiang region and hopes that both sides will strengthen mutual trust and deepen cooperation in areas such as the renovation and development of the Guanhe Reservoir, ecological restoration and management, remediation of coal-mining subsidence areas, geological hazard assessment and prevention, and rural revitalization.

　　He Siyu, on behalf of the Wuxiang County Government, extended a warm welcome to Liu Xingwang and his delegation, expressing high appreciation and sincere gratitude for the governance and planning proposal for the Guanhe Reservoir. He Siyu stated that the development of the Guanhe Reservoir is a key project for Wuxiang County and expressed his willingness to engage in deeper cooperation with our group (bureau) to jointly advance the implementation of the Guanhe Reservoir project.
