At the closing ceremony, Shang Honglin fully commended the achievements of this training program from three perspectives: its effectiveness, the content of the curriculum, and the trainees’ professional conduct. He emphasized that young cadres should always maintain a steadfast belief, a sense of reverence, and a spirit of gratitude; they must dare to innovate and take responsibility, cultivate the boldness and drive to forge ahead, hone the resilience and expertise needed to accomplish great things, and serve as dedicated “climbers” who push beyond limits. Furthermore, he urged them to broaden their horizons, practicing inclusiveness in both their work and personal lives—embracing others, embracing challenges, and respecting diverse viewpoints. Finally, he encouraged everyone to apply what they have learned and reflected upon back in their respective roles, continuously reviewing and refining their approaches, so as to contribute their utmost to the Group’s (or Bureau’s) leap‑forward development.

Comrade Wang Fan, representing the outstanding trainees from the Institute of Geology, reflected on the 21-day learning experience from three perspectives: “enjoying one another and savoring the camaraderie and the exchange of ideas; embracing reflection and appreciating a broader vantage point and a more comprehensive outlook; and celebrating growth and recognizing personal advancement and life‑long planning.” He also expressed profound gratitude to the Party Committee of the Group (Bureau) and Tsinghua University for providing an excellent platform and a distinguished faculty, and pledged to translate what he had learned into a powerful driving force for the continued prosperity of the Group (Bureau).

When together, we are a blazing fire; when apart, we are stars scattered across the sky! The trainees unanimously pledged to lead the way in learning, reflection, practice, and deep understanding, transforming their capabilities into driving force, and fully embodying the “Three Glories and Four Special Qualities” spirit of geological surveyors, striving tirelessly to advance the Group’s (Bureau’s) reform and development.

Meng Zhihe, former deputy dean of the School of Continuing Education at Tsinghua University, along with research supervisors Ning Hong and Wei Yu, and Wang Junfeng, director of the Group (Bureau) Human Resources Department, attended the graduation ceremony.
