The “Comprehensive Quality Management Knowledge Competition” is a nationwide quiz event organized by the China Association for Quality under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
To further advance the Group’s (Bureau’s) comprehensive quality management and implement the China National Bureau of Coal Geology’s overall plan for “Quality Month” activities, the Group (Bureau) organized a company-wide learning and quiz campaign. The competition focused primarily on enterprise quality management, covering all aspects of this field, and has played a significant role in encouraging employees to learn and apply quality‑management knowledge and methodologies.
Since the launch of the initiative, all units within the Group (Bureau) have organized employee learning sessions in various formats. Both management personnel and frontline workers have actively participated in the quiz, fostering a positive atmosphere of mutual learning and striving for excellence. Based on the participation and performance data from each unit, Shandong Institute was the first to complete the全员答题, achieving an impressive average score of 97.82. Following closely behind, institutions such as the Geological Research Institute, Zhejiang Institute, Mingda Ocean, Inner Mongolia Institute, Henan Bureau, Hunan Institute, Jilin Institute, and Mingda Fund Company have also successfully completed the task for all their employees. As of October 19, the participation rate among our bureau’s employees has exceeded 90%.
At present, the quiz campaign is in full swing and will continue through the end of November. This initiative will further strengthen quality awareness across the organization, refine management mechanisms, and elevate overall quality standards, thereby providing robust momentum for the Group’s (Bureau’s) high‑quality development.
