The Third Congress of the Communist Party of China of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau, together with the First Congress of the Communist Party of China of Zhonghua Mingda Holding Group Co., Ltd., has concluded successfully.

　　On November 16, the Third Congress of the Communist Party of China of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau and the First Congress of the Communist Party of China of Zhonghua Mingda Holding Group Co., Ltd. were successfully held in Fuzhou. Zhang Hao, Head of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the China National Coal Geological Bureau, attended the congress and delivered a speech.

　　Zhang Hao expressed full appreciation for the Party Committee of Sinochem Mingda (Sinochem Bureau) for, over the past five years, steadfastly upholding Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principle; thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and all subsequent plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee; fulfilling the key tasks set forth at the National Conference on Party Building in State‑Owned Enterprises; closely aligning with the General Administration’s overarching “11463” development strategy; and actively contributing to the construction of the “Three Earths.” He commended the committee’s efforts to unite and lead the broad ranks of Party members and cadres, encouraging them to emancipate their minds, strive for progress, and achieve remarkable results in areas such as Party building, economic development, reform initiatives, scientific and technological innovation, and transformation and upgrading. Addressing the newly elected Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection, he articulated three expectations: First, continue to play a leading role in setting direction, overseeing the overall situation, and ensuring effective implementation; grounded in the new stage of development, guided by the new development philosophy, committed to fostering a new development pattern, and driven by high‑quality growth, strengthen a sense of mission and responsibility, and advance reform and development. Second, enhance unity and collaboration, building the leadership team into a strong collective that is politically firm, energetic, enterprising, and harmonious, thereby creating a vibrant atmosphere of concerted effort to pursue development, pooled wisdom and joint action to promote harmony, and united dedication to advancing our cause. Third, uphold strict adherence to rules and regulations, always placing Party discipline and norms front and center; remain pragmatic and truth‑seeking, work diligently and pragmatically, maintain integrity and self‑discipline, and carry out the “Doing Practical Things for the People” campaign in a solid and effective manner, so that employees and the general public may enjoy greater gains, happiness, and security.

　　The Congress reviewed and approved the work report delivered by Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and Director of the Group (Bureau), entitled “Unite Hearts and Pool Strength to Pursue Development, Emphasize Practical Action to Ensure Implementation, and Fully Embark on a New Journey of High-Quality Development during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period.” It also reviewed and approved the disciplinary inspection work report presented by Wang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Group (Bureau), titled “Unswervingly Promote the High-Quality Development of Disciplinary Inspection Work to Provide Strong Support for Building an Industry-Leading Group in Resource Development and Ecological Conservation.” In addition, the Congress heard a report on the collection, use, and management of party dues.
