On December 16, Tian Li, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), led a three-person delegation to Ping’an Township, Zhangjiachuan County, to carry out paired‑building initiatives with grassroots Party organizations and educational assistance activities. Gao Jianping and Zhu Huashan, members of the Standing Committee of the Zhangjiachuan County Party Committee and deputy county magistrates, also attended the event.
A paired‑construction activity among grassroots Party organizations was held at the Li Shu Village Committee in Ping’an Township. At the event, a handover ceremony for assistance funds took place; the group (bureau) unveiled a plaque for the Li Shu Village Party Members’ Activity Room, and the head of Ping’an Township presented donation certificates and banners to the supporting unit.
Tian Li stated that the paired‑up, joint‑construction initiative among grassroots Party organizations is an important measure proposed by the CPC Central Committee under the “strengthening Party building to advance poverty alleviation” strategy. It holds tremendous significance for elevating the quality of grassroots Party building and further consolidating the achievements made in the battle against poverty. He expressed hope that, through this joint‑construction activity, the two sides will jointly strengthen their organizational foundations, collaboratively pursue economic development, deliver tangible benefits, and work together to boost rural revitalization.
Following the conclusion of the paired‑construction initiative among grassroots Party organizations, an educational assistance program was launched at the Lishu Village Primary School in Ping’an Township. The group (or bureau) distributed school uniforms and athletic shoes to all students, urging them to study diligently, transform the care they receive from all sectors of society into a driving force for progress, grow stronger in adversity, and set lofty aspirations. They were encouraged to carry forward this spirit of kindness with gratitude and to give back to society through concrete actions.
Gao Jianping expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the strong support and sincere assistance provided by our group (bureau). He stated that Zhangjiachuan County will take this event as an opportunity to fully implement the central, provincial, and municipal policies and arrangements for effectively linking the consolidation of poverty‑alleviation achievements with rural revitalization. The county will proactively coordinate efforts, make full use of available assistance resources, and transform the support and backing from all levels and sectors into a powerful driving force for consolidating poverty‑alleviation gains and advancing rural revitalization. He also expressed the hope that our group (bureau) will continue to show unwavering concern and support for Zhangjiachuan’s development, providing greater assistance in projects, funding, and technology to promote the county’s high‑quality economic and social development.
It is reported that the Group (Bureau) has donated RMB 100,000 in assistance funds to two paired villages in Ping’an Township and provided educational aid worth RMB 100,000 to 429 students.
