To thoroughly study, implement, and carry out the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, recently, Tian Li, a member of the Group (Bureau) Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Deputy Director, delivered a special Party lecture on the session’s spirit to the Party members and cadres of the units under review by the Fourth Assessment Group—namely, the Guizhou Institute, the Guangxi Institute, the Yunnan Institute, and Rongjiao (Hengfeng) Company—at the 2021 annual assessment meeting for leading teams and leading personnel.

Tian Li delivered a clear and insightful presentation on the theme: “Deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, accurately grasp the overall objectives and tasks of reform, and advance the Group’s reform and development in a substantive and effective manner through concrete actions.” He emphasized three key points: First, we must gain a profound understanding of the great achievements of the Party over the past century, thoroughly appreciate the historical experiences that have enabled the Communist Party of China to attain such remarkable successes, draw lessons from these experiences, and apply them in practice to guide all our work and achieve high-quality development. Second, we must earnestly implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session, strengthen theoretical grounding, maintain political clarity, elevate our political awareness, and enhance our political competence; accurately identify the overarching goals and tasks of reform for the present and the period ahead, take initiative, assume responsibility, and, with a solid work ethic and concrete actions, ensure that the Group’s (Bureau’s) reform and development progress in depth and yield tangible results. Third, in studying the spirit of the Plenary Session, we must firmly uphold the bottom line of integrity, strive to be practitioners of “observing discipline and abiding by rules,” further raise our political standing, strengthen our political consciousness, remain true to our original aspirations as Communists, and steadfastly shoulder our mission and responsibilities, thereby contributing to the Group’s (Bureau’s) comprehensive launch of a new journey during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
