To strengthen the training of new Party members and ensure the quality of Party membership development at our institute, on December 30, our institute organized a training session for probationary Party members. A total of 16 newly admitted and newly accepted probationary Party members received centralized, unified training this year.
This training session was delivered by Comrade Shi Yiyuan, an organizer from the Party Committee of the institute. Drawing on the “Detailed Rules for the Work of Developing Party Members of the Communist Party of China,” the instructor provided a thorough explanation of the fundamental aspects of the probationary period for party members, covering such topics as the importance and necessity of establishing a probationary period, how to hold oneself to strict standards in accordance with party membership criteria, the rights and obligations of probationary party members, the rigorous observance of party rules and discipline, the cultivation of party spirit, the sustained maintenance of the vanguard and purity of party members to enable them to play a leading role, the conscious acceptance of education, assessment, and management by the Party organization, and key considerations for the formal admission of probationary party members.

To help probationary Party members deepen their understanding of the Party organization, ensure that Party life is conducted in a rigorous and conscientious manner, and enable them to quickly mature into qualified Communist Party members through systematic education and training, Shi Yiyuan also led all attendees in studying the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Regulations on the Work of CPC Branches (Trial), the Code of Conduct for Clean Governance of the CPC, as well as the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
At the training session, participating Party members engaged in on‑site discussions, raising questions and addressing concerns related to the training content. Chen Haiying, Director of the Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office), drew on her experience in routine Party‑building work to share her insights and reflections with the attendees, offering thoughtful reminders to probationary Party members on matters such as elevating their political awareness, strengthening self‑study, exemplifying exemplary conduct, taking Party life seriously, and strictly observing Party rules and discipline.
In recent years, the Party Committee of our institute has attached great importance to the work of developing Party members and managing their education and training. It has consistently organized regular training sessions for prospective Party members and newly admitted Party members, helping them further strengthen their communist ideals and their conviction in socialism with Chinese characteristics, rectify their motives for joining the Party, and enhance their Party spirit. The Committee has also called on them to fulfill their duties conscientiously, exemplify exemplary conduct, and make active contributions to the high-quality development of the institution, thereby effectively ensuring the quality of the Party membership.
