To further advance the in-depth and practical study and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, on December 24, Diao Haizhong, a member of the Party Committee of the Group (Bureau), delivered a special Party lecture titled “A Comprehensive Interpretation of the Major Achievements and Historical Experiences of the Communist Party of China’s Centennial Struggle” to the units under assessment by the Sixth Assessment Team—Hebei Institute, Mingda Ocean Company, Mingda Technology Company, and the Fund Management Company.
Diao Haizhong provided an in-depth explanation of the basic framework and key contents of the Resolution on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Communist Party of China over the Past Century, adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, as well as the historic achievements made in the cause of the Party and the country in the new era and the Party’s ten historical lessons. Drawing on practical work experience, he put forward three requirements to promote the Group (Bureau)’s safe, stable, and sustainable development: first, strengthen the rule of law and ensure the implementation of safety responsibilities; second, enhance risk prevention and control and improve the dual‑control mechanism; and third, raise political awareness and fortify the safety defense line.
Diao Haizhong emphasized that all Party members must deeply grasp the political significance of the CPC’s major achievements and historical experiences over its century-long struggle, draw valuable lessons from them, and uphold unity of thought, will, pace, and action. They should remain committed to their respective posts, meticulously plan next year’s work, and effectively advance the implementation of the goals and tasks set forth in the 14th Five-Year Plan, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the Group (Bureau) and welcoming the convening of the 20th National Congress of the CPC with outstanding results.
