Recently, the Group was awarded the “High-Tech Enterprise” certificate jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Beijing Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration.
The “High‑Tech Enterprise” designation is established by the State Council, which sets forth the certification criteria and requirements. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Taxation Administration jointly oversee the certification process. This qualification imposes stringent standards across multiple dimensions, including the number of the enterprise’s proprietary intellectual property rights, the strength of its R&D team, the growth rates of sales and total assets, and its capacity to translate scientific and technological achievements into practical applications. It serves as robust evidence of the Group’s research capabilities and overall level of scientific and technological innovation.
Following its certification as a “National High-Tech Enterprise,” the Group will not only benefit from preferential corporate income tax rates but will also receive support from national, provincial, and municipal governments in areas such as science and technology projects, government procurement, talent recruitment, project land allocation, and R&D funding. This will facilitate the Group’s transformation and upgrading, enhance quality and efficiency, and enable scaled‑up development, further advancing its efforts in independent innovation and in‑house R&D.
To date, 13 entities within the Group, including the Group itself, have been recognized as National High-Tech Enterprises. Moving forward, the Group will further refine its science and technology innovation system, strengthen its operational management framework, and uphold the core values of “technology-driven excellence and a craftsman’s spirit.” It will comprehensively implement its “innovation‑driven development” strategy, closely aligning with an industrial layout centered on “one foundation, three pillars, and two integrations,” leveraging technological innovation to spearhead all‑round innovation and continuously enhance its industry leadership and core competitiveness.
