As our institute marks the conclusion of the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform, on June 8, a delegation led by He Shumei, Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Service Center of the Licheng District Science and Technology Bureau of Jinan, along with Ren Jingtao from Baoshan Subdistrict, paid a visit to our institute to deliver policy briefings and provide guidance. Yang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, attended the symposium, while Zhang Lijun and Wu Weiwei, deputy managers of Shandong Zhonghua Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., joined the exchange.

Yang Cheng extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the publicity team, providing a detailed overview of our institute’s background—covering its historical development, strategic direction, technological innovation, and production capacity—and engaging in an in-depth exchange with the group.

Director He Shumei highly commended our institute’s achievements as a state‑owned geological exploration entity. Drawing on our specific circumstances, she provided thorough and detailed guidance on matters such as applying for high‑tech enterprise status, encouraging us to remain rooted in Licheng District, serve the province of Shandong, continue to deepen our market presence, intensify efforts in scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the commercialization of intellectual property, and strive to become a leading force in the field of technological innovation.

Going forward, our institute will continue to uphold the core values of “technology-driven excellence and a craftsman’s spirit,” proactively leverage our initiative, strengthen communication and collaboration with local governments, and actively seek policy guidance and support.
