　　On June 15, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), led a team to the site of the drainage pipeline inspection and testing project in the central urban area of Zhumadian City to conduct on-site research and provide guidance, while also visiting and extending condolences to frontline workers.

　　Liu Xingwang and his delegation visited the site of the drainage pipeline inspection and testing project, conducted an on-site assessment of progress, and listened to briefings from the project manager on construction schedules, equipment utilization, safety management, quality control, and epidemic prevention measures. They also extended their greetings and expressed appreciation to the frontline workers. Liu Xingwang commended the project’s interim achievements and offered guidance on addressing the challenges encountered during construction. He emphasized that the stormwater and sewage network inspection project in the central urban area of Zhumadian is a vital public‑welfare initiative aimed at enhancing urban functions and improving residents’ living conditions. He urged careful planning and organization of construction activities, strengthened coordination and collaboration, and accelerated overall project progress to ensure the completion of inspection and survey work before the onset of the flood season.

　　Liu Xingwang emphasized the need to rigorously ensure construction safety, strictly control construction quality, and complete inspection and screening tasks to the highest standards. He also stressed the importance of personal protection, prioritizing individual safety, balancing work with rest, and meticulously implementing all local epidemic prevention and control measures to fortify the defense against the pandemic.

　　Wang Yongming, Director of the Group (Bureau) Market Development Division (Rural Revitalization Department), and Zhang Hongming, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director of the Henan Bureau, accompanied the field visit.
