The Group (Bureau) convened an on-site conference to advance the development of accounting informationization.

The year 2022 was designated as the Group’s “Year of Accounting Informatization,” aimed at advancing the Group’s accounting informatization efforts, deepening the effective integration of finance and business operations, and enhancing the Group’s financial management and control capabilities. To this end, the Group (Bureau) convened a field meeting on accounting informatization at its headquarters, bringing together the financial heads of selected directly affiliated units. The company also outlined the system’s design objectives, core framework, and expected outcomes. The attending finance managers unanimously endorsed the Tritium Cloud Project Management System, praising its simplicity, practicality, and alignment with the organization’s operational realities. They noted that the system effectively integrates project management with financial management, seamlessly links financial data to business performance metrics, reduces the administrative burden on finance teams, and enhances overall financial management efficiency.

Chen Haiyong pointed out that the “Tritium Cloud Project Management System” is well-suited to the Group’s current project and financial management landscape, offering advantages such as low implementation costs, system maturity, and replicability. The system seamlessly integrates project management, contract management, fund management, voucher management, budget management, report generation, and data analytics, thereby achieving the objectives of being “simple and practical, enabling real-time approvals, ensuring data consistency across systems, and facilitating shared management.” It reduces manual effort, eliminates data discrepancies, and ensures alignment between operational and financial information, truly realizing the integration of business and finance and contributing to enhanced organizational management.

Chen Haiyong instructed the participating directly affiliated units to, in light of their specific circumstances, promptly develop implementation plans and establish roadmaps to accelerate the system’s deployment within their respective organizations. He further directed that all participating units complete the system’s go-live and operational phase by the end of November. Moving forward, the Group will, based on the system’s performance across all units, consider integrating it at the Group level according to management hierarchies and a hierarchical structure, thereby transforming it into a unified project management platform for the entire Group.

Relevant personnel from the Headquarters’ Finance Department, along with the financial heads of the Henan Bureau, Shandong Institute, Hebei Institute, Shaanxi Institute, Inner Mongolia Institute, and other units, attended the on-site meeting.
