In accordance with the unified deployment of the Party Committee of the China National Bureau of Coal Geology, on August 25, the Bureau’s Party Committee’s special inspection team for the three-year action plan on state-owned enterprise reform convened a mobilization meeting to launch its inspection of Sinochem Mingda.
Yao Zhixiang, head of the General Administration Party Committee’s special inspection team for the Three-Year Action on State-Owned Enterprise Reform, attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization address. Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Group Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, chaired the meeting and made a statement, while Tian Li, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, presented a special report. All members of the General Administration Party Committee’s special inspection team for the Three-Year Action on State-Owned Enterprise Reform, along with the leadership team of the Group Company, were in attendance.

Yao Zhixiang pointed out that inspection is an important political task and constitutes political oversight by higher-level Party organizations over the fulfillment of leadership responsibilities by their subordinate counterparts. He stressed the need to deeply appreciate the significant importance of special inspections. He emphasized that the Party Committee of Sinochem Mingda, along with Party members and leading cadres at all levels, must adopt a highly responsible attitude toward the cause of the Party, view matters from the overarching political perspective of the development of the Party and the country, and actively support and cooperate with the inspection team’s work to ensure the successful completion of this inspection mission. He further urged adherence to a problem-oriented approach, thorough identification of salient issues, and a focus on driving solutions, so as to uncover problems, advance reform, and promote development. Finally, he called for strengthening the “Four Consciousnesses,” upholding political discipline and norms, fulfilling the principal responsibility for exercising full‑scale strict Party self‑governance, and ensuring that leading officials take the lead in observing discipline and abiding by rules, while fully cooperating with all aspects of the inspection team’s work.

Liu Xingwang stated that the Group Party Committee will further elevate its political stance and awareness, ensuring that both thought and action are aligned with the deployments of the General Administration Party Committee and the requirements of the inspection team. He emphasized that this special inspection under the Three-Year Action Plan for State-Owned Enterprise Reform should be seized as a valuable opportunity for learning, improvement, and enhancement; that awareness of accepting oversight must be firmly strengthened; and that resolute support and cooperation with the inspection work must be demonstrated. With regard to the opinions and recommendations put forward by the inspection team during its tenure, thorough root-cause analysis will be conducted, and corrective measures will be implemented effectively. Furthermore, the Group will refine its development strategy, improve its institutional framework, and enhance its operational measures, transforming the inspection team’s requirements into a driving force for its own reform and development, thereby striving to elevate all aspects of its work to a new level.
The group company’s leadership team, senior executives, and heads of all departments attended the meeting.
