On September 21, the Group (Bureau), as a sub-venue host, was invited to attend the 2022 (24th) China International Mining Conference.

It is reported that this year’s conference is guided by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, hosted by the China Mining Association, and organized by Tianjin Mine Expo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. With the theme “Sustainable Mining for Sustainable Economic Growth,” the event will run for three days and be presented online via the China International Mining Conference Cloud Platform. The program comprises an opening ceremony, thematic forums, specialized symposiums, an online exhibition, national pavilions, the “Mining Interviews” series, workshops, and other activities. Focusing on key issues in domestic and international mining development, the conference will highlight trends in mineral supply and demand, the relationship between sustainable mining and economic growth, as well as new concepts and practical insights in mining development. Its aim is to provide participating countries, institutions, and enterprises with an international platform for promoting their initiatives, forging partnerships, fostering collaborative relationships, and accessing effective services.

The Group (Bureau) participated in this year’s conference and created a dedicated “online exhibition hall,” which features five sections—“Company Profile, Business Scope, Qualifications and Awards, Achievement Showcase, and Key News”—to comprehensively present its strong corporate image to the public. By leveraging the Mining Conference as an international platform, the Group aims to enhance its brand visibility, foster technical exchanges with relevant stakeholders, facilitate additional collaborations, and inject momentum into its high‑quality development.

Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, Deputy Director, and Head of Party and Government Affairs; Wang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection; Jiao Sen, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer; Li Kai, Chief Legal Counsel; Wang Jun, Chairman of the Trade Union; along with heads of relevant departments and representatives from Beijing-based units—totaling 22 participants—attended the opening ceremony in person at the Group (Bureau) sub-venue.
