Recently, our institute once again received a letter of appreciation from the Planning and Development Bureau of the Southern Mountain Area Management Committee of Jinan City, which commended our institute for its active contributions to achieving “zero casualties” in geological hazard prevention and to the development of the “Beautiful South Mountain” initiative. The letter also expressed sincere gratitude and fully recognized and highly praised the exceptional political integrity, professional competence, solid technical expertise, and noble dedication demonstrated by our outstanding technical specialists, including Ma Jiansheng and Zhao Weiwu, during their work.
In recent years, the Geological Survey Branch of our institute has conscientiously put Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization into practice. Guided by the institute’s “1231” core development strategy, it has proactively expanded its market presence, undertaking and implementing a series of geological hazard prevention and control projects. The branch has vigorously advanced its transformation and upgrading, achieving remarkable results. In particular, in supporting Jinan’s local efforts to build an ecological civilization, it has taken a proactive and meticulous approach, delivering high‑quality project outcomes that have earned full recognition from the relevant business authorities. As a result, it has received numerous letters of appreciation from the Southern Mountain Area Management Committee.
Each letter of gratitude not only reflects high recognition of our institute’s superb professional expertise but also serves as a source of responsibility and motivation. In the new year, we will continue to uphold our core value of “putting customers first” and our development philosophy of “completing one project, making a group of friends, and building a lasting legacy.” Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important reply from General Secretary Xi Jinping, we will strengthen skills training for all staff, fully leverage our brand and technological strengths, proactively adapt to the evolving landscape of geological work, and actively align ourselves with major national strategies, thereby making new and even greater contributions to local economic and social development and to the cause of ecological civilization.
