Time and human affairs urge us on day by day; with the winter solstice, yang energy is born, and spring returns once more. In this traditional season when the aroma of dumplings heralds the solstice and warmth dispels the cold, the hospital’s trade union, in collaboration with relevant functional departments, organized a series of activities… “Warmly Welcoming the Winter Solstice Festival” themed event, involving approximately two districts and three locations. 50 More than a dozen union members attended.
To help employees feel the warmth of home and experience traditional cultural customs, and to soak up the festive atmosphere, the hospital’s trade union organized dumpling‑making events at the Jiefangqiao, Lieshishan, and Taian office campuses. Together, participants gathered around tables to wrap dumplings, knead dough, cut it into pieces, roll it out, and shape the wrappers, while sharing stories about regional traditions and recalling the cherished memories of celebrating holidays from their childhoods.
All things are still and silent; the One returns to begin anew. 2024 The New Year’s bells are about to ring! In the year ahead, the Institute’s Trade Union will uphold the principle of Party building leading trade union work, continue to strengthen support and services, and actively organize corporate cultural activities that promote employees’ physical and mental well-being and foster a spirit of teamwork. By doing so, it will steadily enhance employees’ sense of gain, happiness, and security, thereby creating a harmonious, stable, and positive environment that underpins the Institute’s (the company’s) high‑quality development.
