To meet the demands of geological exploration management in the new era and to enhance the spiritual and moral cultivation of young professionals, this initiative aims to summarize and share work experiences, elevate technical expertise, establish unified quality standards across the institute, and support the implementation of a new round of strategic efforts to achieve breakthroughs in mineral exploration. 12 month 22 On [date], the Institute’s Department of Geological Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Youth League Committee, organized a “Showcase of Real‑World Expertise, Exchange for Progress” exhibition and evaluation competition for original data, with participants from institutes under the Academy… 7 of an operating division 14 X projects participated in the exhibition and evaluation, covering areas such as regional geology, mineral geology, hydrogeology and environmental geology, geological environment remediation, engineering investigation, and surveying and mapping. 11 A specialized field.
Prior to the competition, Party Secretary and President (Executive Director and General Manager) Wang Qingfeng delivered a mobilization speech, outlining his expectations and requirements. He urged all participants to view this event as a valuable opportunity for mutual learning and exchange among departments, to build on strengths and address weaknesses, and to carefully heed the experts’ advice and recommendations. In doing so, they should further enhance the quality of our institute’s fieldwork and improve the organization and archiving of raw data, thereby contributing to the overall development of our institute. At the competition venue, participants from each project respectively presented… PPT A summary report on the project’s work and the status of its original documentation was presented. The expert panel engaged in a question-and-answer session with the project team, conducted an on-site review of the project’s original materials, and assigned scores to each item. Following a comprehensive evaluation, the panel fully endorsed the quality of the original documentation for the project under review; at the same time, they identified existing issues and shortcomings and offered candid comments and recommendations.
In his concluding remarks, Qiu Guanghui, Deputy Director (Deputy General Manager) of our institute, emphasized that quality is the lifeblood of any organization. He urged that this competition serve as an opportunity to integrate quality management into all aspects of production and operations, leveraging quality to drive development and pursue excellence, while vigorously upholding the spirit of geologists. Embodying the “Four Specials” spirit, we will proactively advance market development, project execution, and technological innovation, upholding both the mindset of “success need not be attributed to me” and the sense of responsibility that “my contribution is indispensable to success.” In doing so, we will drive all business segments of our institute to achieve new breakthroughs and reach new heights, while amplifying the overarching theme of “perfecting the quality management system and strengthening the institute through quality,” thereby jointly forging an even brighter future for Shandong Institute.
