December 25th The Second Party Branch organized a themed Party Day activity titled “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” with Party Committee Member and Vice President Qiu Guanghui and Trade Union Chairman Jia Ruifeng participating as ordinary party members.
In accordance with the requirements of the higher-level Party committee, the Second Party Branch organized a集中学习 session in preparation for the thematic organizational life meeting. Comrade Jiang Liping from the Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration Party Group and Comrade Zhai Dongliang from the Mineral Exploration Party Group respectively led the study of “Selected Works of Xi Jinping, Volume I: Only Through Hard Work Can Dreams Become Reality” and “Selected Works of Xi Jinping, Volume II: Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind.” Both comrades emphasized that Communist Party members must always uphold their original aspiration, live up to the responsibilities and commitments on their shoulders, set a good example before the masses, play a leading role, and strive to shine and contribute. In the process of realizing their own life’s value, they should actively work to strengthen and advance the development of the Shandong Institute.
To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and to ensure that thematic education is carried out in depth and with tangible results, the Second Party Branch organized its members to watch the televised documentary “Role Models 8,” thereby educating and guiding branch members to learn from role models, strive to be exemplary, take initiative, and assume responsibility. Qiu Guanghui and Jia Ruifeng each delivered remarks, encouraging young employees to lead by example, bravely step forward in the face of difficulties and challenges, and calling on all party members to take Academician Tang Juxing of the Chinese Academy of Engineering as a model, further cultivating the fine qualities of geological professionals—hard work, resilience, and a spirit of arduous struggle. Secretary Ji Shucheng emphasized the importance of setting ambitious goals: the height of one’s aspirations determines whether one stands atop the mountain, halfway up, or lingering at its base. Party members Wang Juan, Chen Chuanhao, Wang Lichao, and others also expressed their commitment to staying attuned to the current industry landscape and market demands, continuously learning, enhancing their capabilities, taking the lead in fulfilling their roles as vanguard, and energetically expanding into new markets.
