Good News! Our institute’s political research project has been recognized as an outstanding research achievement.
Recently, the Political Research Association of China National Chemical Corporation issued the “Notice on the Release of Outstanding Research Achievements for the ‘Shaanxi Coal–Shaanxi Chemical Cup.’” Our institute’s political research project, titled “Research on Strengthening the Standardization of Grassroots Party Branches in Geological Exploration Enterprises and Promoting the Integration of Party Building with Production and Operations,” stood out among 356 submissions from organizations nationwide—covering party building, ideological and political work, corporate culture development, and institutional cultural construction—and was recognized as an outstanding achievement. Category II Research Achievement of the China Chemical Industry Employees’ Ideological and Political Work Research Association 。
This research project, guided by the relevant directives of the Bureau (Group) Party Committee and informed by contemporary trends and the distinctive characteristics of geological exploration enterprises, conducts an in-depth analysis of the current landscape and challenges confronting the standardization of grassroots Party branches. It identifies the contradictions, shortcomings, and issues hindering such standardization, while drawing on the exemplary practices of the Shandong Institute’s advanced Party branch to distill best‑in‑class approaches. On this basis, the study puts forward preliminary recommendations for elevating the level of grassroots Party‑branch standardization, strengthening the Party’s overall leadership, and fully leveraging the role of Party branches as robust bastions of combat effectiveness. Furthermore, it explores construction models and pathways tailored to Party branches within geological exploration enterprises, thereby providing theoretical support for their continued development.
In recent years, our institute has attached great importance to research on ideological and political work, focusing closely on the key, challenging, and topical issues in Party building and ideological‑political work. Adhering to a problem‑oriented approach grounded in factual analysis, we have remained committed to aligning with the central tasks and serving the overall interests. We have rigorously ensured both the political integrity and the quality of our research projects, strengthened the integration of theory and practice, and strived to produce a series of substantial, high‑value research outcomes, thereby providing robust guarantees and strong support for advancing the enterprise’s high‑quality development. This award fully reflects the China Chemical Industry Political Research Association’s recognition of our institute’s work in ideological and political research and highlights the practical effectiveness of our efforts to conduct such research in alignment with core mission objectives.
Going forward, our institute will take this as a new starting point, steadfastly guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. We will earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on publicity, culture, and ideological work. We will uphold ideological guidance, strengthen theoretical education, meticulously organize theoretical and practical research in the field of ideological and political work, carefully summarize effective practices from our work, continuously enhance the application and translation of research findings, and ensure that the outcomes of our projects are concretely reflected in the dynamic efforts to promote high-quality enterprise development.
