Taian Sinochem Mingda Engineering Investigation Co., Ltd. All drilling work requiring external outsourcing from January 2023 to December 2024.

The shortlisted bidder shall possess no fewer than Ten units, equipped with the requisite testing equipment, skilled operators, and management personnel. The equipment owned by shortlisted bidders shall comply with applicable standards, be in proper working order, and meet technical and safety requirements. The technical and managerial personnel assigned by shortlisted bidders must have completed relevant technical and safety training and obtained appropriate insurance coverage. Such personnel shall strictly adhere to applicable codes and operating procedures to ensure safe operations, maintain drilling quality, and guarantee safe construction. Shortlisted bidders shall bear full responsibility for the safety of their personnel and equipment.

1. The bidder shall possess the capacity to perform the contract, including its professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other physical facilities, management expertise, experience, reputation, and the requisite personnel.

2. Not subject to an order to suspend business, having had its bidding qualifications revoked, or having its assets seized or frozen, nor in bankruptcy;

3. No instances of fraudulently obtaining a bid, material breach of contract, or significant engineering quality issues have occurred in the past three years.

4. Other qualification requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

IV. Deadline and Venue for Submission of Quotation Documents

Deadline: 09:00 on December 31, 2024 (Beijing Time). The quotation documents must be securely sealed (with the official seal affixed to the seal) and complete, with the project name, supplier name, contact person, and telephone number clearly marked on the cover of the envelope. The quotation documents must be delivered before the quotation deadline. Potash Residential Community, Dujiiazhuang Community, Zhoudian Subdistrict, Daiyue District, Tai’an City , No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
