Road surface clearing (including external transportation), minor road leveling, roadside slope trimming, formwork support on both sides of the road (formwork to be supplied by Party B), and concrete screeding. 18 cm, early-stage curing, expansion joints, and other construction works

1. Bidders must possess independent legal personality and the capacity to perform the contract, including relevant professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other physical facilities, management expertise, experience, reputation, and an adequate pool of qualified personnel.

2. Not subject to an order to suspend business, having had its bidding qualifications revoked, or having its assets seized or frozen, nor in bankruptcy;

3. No instances of fraudulently obtaining a bid, material breach of contract, or significant engineering quality issues have occurred in the past three years.

4. Other qualification requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

IV. Deadline and Venue for Submission of Quotation Documents

Deadline ：2024 year 12 month 23 day 09:00 hours ( Beijing Time ). The quotation documents must be securely packaged and sealed (with the official seal affixed to the seal), and the cover of each package must clearly indicate the project name, supplier name, contact person, and telephone number. The quotation documents must be delivered prior to the quotation deadline.
