As the Spring Festival approaches, the Party Committee and the Trade Union of the institute have jointly organized a pre‑festival visit and condolence campaign, paying visits to retired senior cadres, pre‑founding veteran workers, Korean War veterans, Party members facing financial hardship, and employees in need, as well as to former leaders who made outstanding contributions to the institute’s reform and development and to the families of staff members who remained on the front lines of overseas projects during the holiday. On this occasion, they presented festive gifts and conveyed the organization’s care and warmth.
During the visits, the hospital’s leadership engaged in warm, cordial conversations with staff, attentively inquired about their health and well-being, and carefully assessed their practical difficulties and needs. They encouraged employees facing hardships to remain optimistic, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the family members of those who quietly support the hospital’s work, and extended their best wishes for a happy New Year.
During the visit, the Party Committee of the institute also convened a symposium for senior colleagues to mark the Spring Festival, briefed them on the institute’s work plans for 2025, and carefully listened to their views and suggestions on the institute’s reform and development, thereby further rallying support and strengthening unity.
