As the Spring Festival approaches, to ensure that all employees enjoy a safe and peaceful holiday, our institute has rigorously implemented the bureau (group)’s “Safe Winter” and “Safe First Quarter” initiatives, firmly reinforcing responsibilities for workplace safety. Led by institute leadership, we have conducted, in phases and by designated areas, a series of specialized safety inspections, follow-up reviews of self-built housing safety, and fire‑emergency drills. These efforts have comprehensively identified and addressed potential hazards, strengthened our capacity for risk prevention and emergency response, and built a robust, all‑round safety safeguard for the festive season. 
On February 10, Qiu Guanghui led a team to conduct a safety inspection at the Taian District base, focusing on the office area, dormitory area, and ancillary logistical facilities. In line with winter’s “five‑prevention” requirements, they meticulously checked fire‑fighting equipment, electrical systems, emergency supplies, as well as fire‑escape routes and electrical wiring. They also urged the persons in charge to firmly assume their safety responsibilities and take stringent measures to prevent accidents.
On February 11, Guo Yiming led a team to inspect the Jinan office area, identifying potential hazards in electrical wiring, fire‑fighting equipment, and electrical appliances. The inspection also assessed the unobstructed access of fire‑escape routes and the serviceability of emergency response tools. Employees were instructed to strictly adhere to the “turn off power and close windows and doors” protocol before leaving their posts, securely store important documents and valuables, and take proactive measures to prevent fires, theft, and other incidents. That same afternoon, Qiu Guanghui headed a team to conduct an on‑site inspection of the Jinan base, concurrently carrying out a follow‑up review of safety measures at self‑built housing, examining structural integrity and fire‑safety conditions to safeguard the lives and property of all staff.
During the inspection, hospital leadership emphasized that all staff must uphold the principle of “safety first,” diligently implement directives from higher authorities, strengthen on‑duty arrangements during the holiday period, standardize electrical‑use management, and establish a robust, long‑term mechanism for ensuring the safety of self‑built premises. They also reminded employees to exercise caution when traveling during the holiday and to observe safety protocols regarding the use of fire, electricity, and gas, while ensuring strict compliance with post‑holiday safety inspections and training requirements prior to resuming work and production.
In addition, the Taian District base organized all departments to conduct pre-holiday fire‑safety emergency drills, aligning them with the office building’s environment and winter fire‑prevention priorities, thereby strengthening employees’ fire‑safety awareness and enhancing their capabilities in emergency response as well as self‑rescue and mutual assistance.
This pre-holiday comprehensive safety inspection and fire emergency drill were conducted in strict accordance with the Bureau (Group)’s safety‑work directives, effectively reinforcing the principal responsibility for safety and providing a solid guarantee for the hospital’s safety and stability during the Spring Festival.
Leaders of the institute, senior executives, and responsible officials from the security department accompanied the inspection.
