A promotional video titled “2024 Bureau Party Building Work Review” and another highlighting the Xinjiang Institute’s Party Member Commando Team, “Tackling Tough Challenges,” were screened, followed by in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as “Innovative Approaches to Ideological and Political Work” and “Deep Integration of Party Building with Production and Operations.” Drawing on their respective practical experiences, both sides shared insights and exchanged ideas—both showcasing the bureau (group)’s concrete achievements and actively incorporating the professional guidance of the Sinochem Political Research Association and cutting‑edge industry practices. This collaborative effort has helped chart a clear course for further refining our bureau’s ideological and political work framework.
Liu Xingwang, Party Secretary of the Bureau (Group), Deputy Director, and Chairman, provided a detailed overview of the Bureau’s historical development, personnel qualifications, the effectiveness of its Party building and ideological‑political work, and its achievements in cultural development. At the same time, he offered an in-depth analysis of the Bureau (Group).
