Long Yuanqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bureau (Group), stated that our bureau has always regarded ideological and political work and Party building as integral to the enterprise’s development. “Roots” and “soul”—by deeply grasping the intrinsic link between the two, we can transform the Party’s political and organizational strengths into developmental and competitive advantages for the Bureau (Group). It has vigorously advanced initiatives such as leveraging the Party‑building chain to empower the industrial chain, talent chain, and innovation chain; developing the “post‑team‑area” model; and cultivating distinctive Party‑building sub‑brands—providing robust support for breaking bottlenecks and achieving breakthroughs in core responsibilities and key business areas, including geological exploration and mineral resource development.
Cui Jianhua expressed his gratitude to the successive Party committees of our bureau for their strong support of the China Chemical Industry Political Research Association. He urged continued efforts to strengthen collaborative synergy, promote the deep integration of ideological and political work and Party building with production and operations, and effectively translate the strengths of ideological and political work into competitive advantages for enterprise development.
President Li Shousheng highly commended our bureau’s development over recent years from three perspectives: first, amid the arduous process of institutional reform, the bureau has steadfastly remained committed to its core mission of mineral exploration, providing a solid foundation for the industry’s high-quality growth; second, in the course of transformation and development, it has consistently… Ultimately, carry forward the Party-building tradition, Focusing on the core task of team building, we have cultivated a dynamic, professional workforce.
