To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, to carry out the requirements set forth at our institute’s 2024 Work Conference on Party Conduct and Integrity Building, and to effectively strengthen the sense of discipline, rules, and responsibility among leading Party members and cadres—thereby fostering a clean and upright environment conducive to effective work—the institute organized a collective integrity‑related talk with mid-level leading cadres from selected departments on April 10.
Sun Xinyong, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President, chaired the meeting and led all participants in studying the “Plan of the Institute (Company) Party Committee on Carrying Out Special Rectification of Issues Violating the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision.” He urged all departments to attach great importance to this work, adopt a higher-level perspective, firmly shoulder their responsibilities, strictly manage timelines, strengthen self‑inspection, and ensure that all key tasks are completed with both quality and quantity, so as to effectively implement and yield tangible results from the special rectification campaign and, through high‑quality corrective measures, advance the Institute’s high‑quality development.
Pan Weicai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, held a collective integrity talk with the attending mid-level cadres, briefing them on relevant cases within the General Administration system involving violations of the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Decision. By using these cases as cautionary examples, he further strengthened education on Party conduct and clean governance, urging leading Party members and cadres to steadfastly implement the spirit of the Eight-point Decision, set an example by strictly disciplining themselves and upholding integrity and righteousness, and fostering a sustained climate of positive conduct and upright values throughout our institute, thereby striving to create a sound political environment conducive to dedication and entrepreneurship.
The mid-level officials in attendance each delivered statements, pledging to continuously strengthen their study of political theory, maintain a clear and sober political mindset, and fortify their ideological and moral defenses; to always bear in mind their duties and mission, and conscientiously abide by rules and discipline; to remain ever vigilant about integrity and guard against all kinds of risks and challenges; and to take the lead in implementing responsibilities for Party conduct and clean governance, earnestly fulfill the “dual responsibility” system for each post, and consciously strive to set an exemplary standard of uprightness and incorruptibility.
