“Women Making Their Mark, A Colorful Life”: The Institute’s Trade Union Organizes a Series of Events for International Women’s Day

The most beautiful spring begins in March, and now is the time for all of us to strive forward.
To showcase the spirit and strength of women, inspire female employees to embark on a new journey and make contributions in the new era, the hospital’s trade union organized a series of “Women Making Achievements, Vibrant Lives” events on March 8. Pan Weicai, Deputy Secretary of the Hospital Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, along with Jia Ruifeng, Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the activities and extended festive greetings to all female staff.
The event was chaired by Li Yinzhen, the institute’s chief engineer, and featured distinguished female staff members—including Wang Juan, Yin Xiuzhen, Hao Rui’e, and Jiang Liping—who shared exemplary stories from their professional fields, along with their work experiences and insights. Gathering together, the women engaged in lively exchanges, discussed avenues for development, and fostered a vibrant atmosphere of mutual learning, emulation, and collaboration within our institute’s female workforce. Following the symposium, an on‑site “Artful Blooms” creative DIY flower‑arranging activity was organized, allowing participants to set aside the pressures of work and daily life and fully immerse themselves in the beauty of flowers.
The event venue was awash with the sweet fragrance of flowers, brimming with the vibrant, uplifting spirit of spring. Surrounded by a sea of blossoms, participants mingled in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, letting their imaginations and creativity run free as they carefully designed arrangements, pruned stems, and harmonized colors. One by one, the fresh blooms were transformed—under deft hands—into exquisitely crafted bouquets, each uniquely balanced and beautifully shaped. Through this process of creating beauty, attendees savored the joy and allure of floral artistry, savoring the happiness and sense of relaxation that artistic creation brings.
Through this series of events, participants found relatable role models among outstanding female employees, drawing inspiration from their stories and experiences to embrace a spirit of hard work, determination, and contribution in the new era. A lighthearted and creative DIY flower‑arranging session further enhanced the women’s aesthetic sensibilities and their ability to create beauty, showcasing their wisdom, confidence, optimism, and upward‑looking charm. In this way, busy working women were able to share a meaningful, romantic, and heartwarming holiday together.
