With joyful voices bidding farewell to the old year and laughter welcoming the new spring, in 2023, all employees of Shandong Institute united as one, forging ahead with determination and reaping abundant rewards through hard work and dedication. In 2024, filled with high spirits and moving forward hand in hand, we will rise to meet new challenges and seize emerging opportunities, pressing forward with unwavering resolve.
To bolster confidence in our development, strengthen communication and collaboration, and strive for continuous progress, as the Spring Festival approaches, our institute convened a 2024 New Year symposium on January 31. More than 60 leading officials and employee representatives gathered to celebrate the festival together and discuss a bright future.
The symposium was chaired by Pan Weicai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection. On behalf of the institute’s Party and administrative leadership, Party Secretary and President Wang Qingfeng extended festive greetings and heartfelt best wishes to all staff members who have consistently supported Shandong Institute’s development and worked tirelessly on the front lines in their respective roles. Wang Qingfeng emphasized that the institute’s achievements would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts and selfless contributions of its employees over many years, and he urged everyone to remain united, stay true to their original aspirations, strive with determination, scale new heights, and continue to deliver outstanding results in the year ahead.
Amid a warm, festive, and harmonious atmosphere, the attending staff members spoke freely, reflecting on the hospital’s journey of development and sharing their professional experiences. They expressed deep pride and satisfaction with the achievements our hospital has attained in recent years, while also offering valuable insights and recommendations across multiple areas, including domestic and international market expansion, talent development, project management, safety oversight, brand building, and accounts‑receivable collection. In turn, the hospital leadership addressed participants’ questions in real time, drawing on their respective areas of responsibility to clarify challenges and provide guidance for the next phase of work.
The symposium featured a dazzling array of impromptu performances, punctuated by thrilling prize-draw sessions. With round after round of draws, the event reached one exciting climax after another, creating a joyful and harmonious atmosphere befitting the Shandong Institute family.
With hearts united and minds focused on development, we are pooling our wisdom and strength to write a new chapter. The entire symposium concluded in an atmosphere of harmony, warmth, enthusiasm, and joy. Employees and staff offered their insights and suggestions, fostering a deep sense of rapport with the Shandong Institute, strengthening their understanding of and sense of belonging to the company.
