December 4, 2023, marks the tenth National Constitution Day in China, while December 1–7, 2023, constitutes the sixth Constitution Publicity Week. The Constitution of the People’s Republic of China is the fundamental law of the country, the overarching charter for governing the nation and ensuring national stability, and a solemn guarantee of citizens’ rights.

In accordance with the legal education plan, our institute organized a constitutional publicity campaign throughout the entire institution during the 2023 Constitution Publicity Week. Under the theme “Vigorously Promote the Spirit of the Constitution and Build a Socialist Culture of Rule of Law,” the campaign featured a variety of activities, including online quizzes, explanations of legal‑education content, study of video and written materials, and publicity via official WeChat accounts.

This legal publicity campaign has further enhanced the rule-of-law awareness and competence of all cadres and employees. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen legal education and publicity, adopting a comprehensive approach that integrates knowledge dissemination, theoretical exposition, and ideological guidance. We will vigorously promote the spirit of the Constitution and the spirit of socialist rule of law throughout the institute, striving to foster a widespread culture of respecting, studying, observing, and applying the law, thereby laying a solid foundation for our institute’s pursuit of high-quality development.
