Good news has arrived: our hospital has received three letters of gratitude in succession.

Following the receipt of a letter of appreciation from the Planning and Development Bureau of the Southern Mountain Area Management Committee of Jinan City, our institute has recently received three additional letters of gratitude—issued by the Provincial Geological Survey Institute (Provincial Department of Natural Resources’ Mineral Exploration Technical Guidance Center), the Natural Resources Bureau of Pingyin County, Jinan, and the Natural Resources Bureau of Gangcheng District, Jinan. These letters express heartfelt thanks for our institute’s full utilization of its strengths and active participation in the new round of strategic initiatives to achieve breakthroughs in mineral exploration over the past year, as well as for the high‑quality geological services we have provided in support of major national strategies such as ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, rural revitalization, and high‑quality development. In addition, as the Spring Festival approaches, they extend warm holiday greetings and best wishes to our institute.

Over the past year, our institute has seconded a number of outstanding technical specialists—Zhao Zhicheng, Zhang Zhongxin, Zhang Chao (surveying and mapping), among others—to the Pingyin County Bureau of Natural Resources and the Gangcheng District Bureau of Natural Resources in Jinan, where they have assisted in carrying out tasks such as verifying historical mine‑related land parcels, implementing comprehensive land remediation, preventing and controlling geological hazards, conducting ecological restoration and governance, and advancing green mine development. Their work has provided high‑quality technical support for local efforts in ecological restoration, mineral resource management, and law enforcement and oversight, earning them high praise from the local natural resources authorities.

The letter notes that, during their tenure at the Natural Resources Bureaus of Pingyin County and Gangcheng District, our institute’s technical personnel demonstrated political awareness, a broad-minded perspective, and unwavering obedience to command. Upholding their sense of mission and responsibility, they fully embodied the spirit of geoscientists—unafraid of hardship or fatigue—and, with a work style characterized by pragmatism and a proactive drive for progress, successfully completed all assigned tasks. They showcased strong political integrity and a noble professional ethos, making significant contributions to the thorough implementation of major national strategies.

In recent years, our institute has continuously strengthened talent development and practical experience through mechanisms such as “sending personnel to higher-level posts and assigning them to lower-level positions” and multi‑post exchanges and learning opportunities. We have proactively built a robust ladder for the growth and success of outstanding young professionals, providing a broad platform for innovation and entrepreneurship in the course of concrete work. By delivering high‑quality technical services, we have maintained close ties with relevant business authorities, and through precise, high‑caliber service delivery, we have fully demonstrated our institute’s strong technical capabilities and superior service standards, thereby effectively boosting market expansion. Moving forward, guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important reply to the Sixth Geological Brigade of the Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, we will leverage our strengths, deepen exchanges and cooperation, expand our service scope, and make new and even greater contributions to safeguarding national mineral resource security and protecting the ecological environment.
