On the morning of October 16, 2022, the Party Committee of the institute convened an expanded central group study session, during which institute leaders, heads of all departments, and secretaries of all Party branches collectively watched the live broadcast of the opening session of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and engaged in discussions tailored to the institute’s specific circumstances.

During the live broadcast, everyone listened intently as Comrade Xi Jinping delivered the report on behalf of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The hour-and-fifty-minute address was both far-sighted and incisive, with a clear theme that inspired and motivated all present. Following the opening session, a broad contingent of Party members and cadres, in light of their respective duties and responsibilities, engaged in in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s report, sparking vigorous discussions and exchanges. All agreed that the 20th National Congress of the CPC has summarized the remarkable achievements of the past five years and the first decade of the new era, outlined development goals and directions for the next five years and beyond, and served as a source of encouragement and inspiration.
