On October 11, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony between our institute and Shandong Qianshun Mining & Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Jinan. Attending the ceremony were Peng Mingzhang, Chief Engineer and Executive Deputy General Manager (in charge of daily operations) of the institute, along with Jia Ruifeng, Chairman of the Trade Union; Feng Jie, Chairman of Shandong Qianshun Mining & Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd.; Chen Xueyun, Chief Engineer; and Wang Junxu, Deputy General Manager, among others. 
Prior to the signing ceremony, both parties engaged in detailed discussions on their respective organizational profiles, core business areas, and technological strengths. Subsequently, they signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which they conducted in-depth deliberations on specialized issues such as the deep integration of laboratory operations, mineral processing testing and analysis, the utilization of tailings and solid waste, green mine development, and geotechnical engineering projects. They also outlined the complementary advantages of their collaboration and provided a forward-looking perspective on future trends.
Shandong Qianshun Mining & Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, design, manufacturing, engineering project management, and product sales. Its primary business areas include the development, consulting, design, and construction of mining and mineral processing technologies; the development of advanced techniques for graded resource extraction and efficient utilization; the resource‑based recovery and utilization of tailings and bulk solid wastes; and green mine construction. The company boasts strong market‑driven advantages and robust project‑development capabilities. Both parties stated that they will further strengthen strategic synergy, coordinate high‑quality resources from all stakeholders, leverage complementary strengths, enhance competitiveness, jointly expand market opportunities, and strive to contribute to the high‑quality development of the emerging geological services sector.
Li Yinzhen, Deputy Chief Engineer of our institute, Yin Tiantao, Director of the Laboratory, and Wang Huaimeng, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department, along with Li Yi, Director of the Technology Center at Shandong Qianshun Mining & Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd., and Liu Bing, Head of the General Affairs Department, attended the signing ceremony as observers.
