The on-site verification training session for the public disclosure of exploration and mining information by mineral rights holders in Tai’an City was held at our institute.

Recently, in order to better carry out the on-site verification of the 2022 public disclosure of exploration and mining information by mineral rights holders, the Tai’an Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning convened a training session on this topic in the conference room of our institute’s Tai’an Branch. The meeting invited Chen Guodong, Head of the Comprehensive Division of the Provincial Institute of Geological Sciences, to deliver a training lecture on the on-site verification procedures. More than 20 participants attended, including officials from the Land and Space Ecological Restoration Section, the Finance and Audit Section, the Policy and Regulations Section, the Natural Resources Planning and Enforcement Detachment of the Tai’an Municipal Bureau, heads of the Mineral Protection Sections of the bureaus in various counties and county-level cities, as well as relevant technical personnel from our institute’s Tai’an Geological Branch.

At the meeting, Section Chief Chen Guodong delivered a specialized training session covering the subjects of on-site verification of mining rights, the verification procedures, methodologies, content, and the submission of final verification results. Following this, responsible officials from the Mineral Resources Protection Sections of Tai’an City and its counties and county-level districts engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding recent key tasks in mineral resource protection and oversight, as well as progress on the implementation of video‑monitoring integration plans.

Through this training, participants have further mastered the professional knowledge required for on-site verification, including its operational requirements, content, and methodological procedures. This has strengthened communication and collaboration between our institute and the relevant departments of Tai’an City and its counties, county-level cities, and districts, laying a solid foundation for our institute to carry out, in accordance with laws and regulations and to high standards and quality, the on-site verification of mineral rights holders’ public disclosure of exploration and mining information.
