How many beautiful nights and festive occasions
Alone in a corner of the wilderness

We share the joy of a hundred birds singing in the mountain stream.
We kiss by the machine, amidst fields fragrant with blossoms.
We admire the splendid magnificence of the steep cliffs.
We listen to the melodious love songs of the Ulan Muqi.

Step into the vibrant geological atlas.
A geological hammer pries open the deep‑buried veins of the ore deposit.
The drill rod extends the explorer’s robust physique.
To live without regret is the choice we make for a lifetime.

Motor race drum and gong
The drill can sing.
The water pump is like a piano.
Mixer like vocal music
A symphony reverberates through day and night.
Together, let us sing the song of the geological team.

Winding mountain roads lead one after another to the realm of dreams.
Scorching heat and bitter cold cannot halt our forward march.
We are the pioneers.
Firm and Persistent, Striving for Excellence

You’re asking me why this is?
That's because
Exploring Xingguo is the dream of geologists.
A clean and upright demeanor is the true character of geologists.
Hard work and perseverance are the hallmark of geologists.
Abundant mineral resources are the well-deserved fruits of geologists’ efforts.

We are like a blazing fire that shines brightly.
We have the vibrant energy to chase the sun.
We are imbued with the ardent passion of those who dedicate themselves.
We are willing to dedicate our golden years to our cause.

Now, hardships have turned into a lingering aftertaste.
In the passage of my years, I have forged a single blossom.
The seeds of time are etched in the heart.
The Geologists’ Song will always be with me.
