The inspection team from the Tai’an Municipal Bureau visited our institute’s urban geological survey project drilling site to conduct an on-site inspection and provide guidance.

　　On the afternoon of May 6, Zhou Qun, a fourth-level researcher at the Tai’an Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, along with Bian Ronggang, Deputy Director of the Taishan District Bureau of Natural Resources, and other members of the delegation, visited the drilling site of our institute’s Tai’an Urban Geological Survey Project (urban underground space component) to conduct an on-site inspection and provide guidance, accompanied by Zhang Shuqi, Vice President and Deputy General Manager of our institute, and Wu Shumeng, Director of the Tai’an Geological Branch Institute.


　　Zhang Shuqi welcomed the inspection team and provided an overview of the institute’s basic operations. The team then visited the construction sites of the SZK02 hydrological borehole and the GZK31 engineering borehole, where they inspected safety production, civilized construction practices, and core‑logging procedures. Project leader Meng Linghua reported on the project’s progress, while Wu Shumeng briefed the team on safety management and the challenges currently being faced. The inspection team commended the progress of the drilling work, emphasizing that safety must remain the top priority, urging timely identification and elimination of potential hazards, effective communication and coordination, and rigorous implementation of safety measures to ensure the safe and on‑schedule completion of the drilling operations. The team also offered guidance on the next phase of the project.
　　Going forward, our institute will, in accordance with construction standards and the requirements of the competent authorities, proactively address challenges, coordinate the work schedule, and ensure the project is completed safely and on time.
　　Li Wenmeng, Chief of the Mineral Protection Section of the Tai’an Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, and Chen Zhiwei, Chief of the Mineral and Mapping Management Section of the Taishan District Bureau of Natural Resources, accompanied the inspection.
