[Applying History to Action] Back at Work After the Holiday, Production Kicks into High Gear—Striving for a Strong Start to the Year of the Tiger: A First-Month Report on Operations and Production at Shandong Sinochem Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.

The whole year’s plan starts in spring.

To secure a strong start to the year, our institute’s subsidiary, Shandong Sinochem Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., adopted an early‑action strategy to take the initiative. Under the leadership of General Manager Zhu Yingming, the company finalized its post‑holiday resumption plan and staff assignments well in advance of the Lunar New Year.

In accordance with the work schedule, company employees resumed their posts in an orderly manner after the seventh day of the first lunar month. Project managers and team leaders fulfilled their respective responsibilities, diligently providing technical services to clients while systematically initiating 11 engineering survey projects with a total output value exceeding RMB 2.7 million. These projects span northern and southwestern Shandong Province, as well as Jiangsu, Hubei, and Hebei provinces. The civil‑engineering survey projects undertaken include: the “54‑class nine‑year integrated school on Plot X‑2 at the northwest corner of the Medical University campus,” the “Faculty and Staff Dormitory on Plot A1 of the Medical University,” the “L‑Plot Project in Fengxiang Town, Tengzhou City,” the “Shanty‑Town Redevelopment Relocation Project in the Jingziyu Area of the High‑Tech Zone, Zaozhuang City,” and the “PSPI Industrialization Base Project of Mingquan Group.” The new‑energy survey projects comprise: the “100‑MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project with Fishery‑Photovoltaic Complementarity in Yangshou Town, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City,” the “100‑MW Agri‑Photovoltaic Project in Liuzuo Township, Huangmei County, Huanggang City,” and the “50‑MW Wind Power Project in Huiwangzhuang, Lingcheng District, Dezhou City.” Municipal‑engineering survey projects include, among others, the “Upgrade and Reconstruction Project for the Northern Section of the Liu Gong River.”

In post-holiday production and operations, the company’s young Party members and cadres, along with active candidates for Party membership, have rallied around Party building as a guiding force, demonstrating political awareness and a broad-minded perspective, taking strong responsibility, and ensuring effective implementation, thereby fully playing their role as pioneers and models. Party members Wu Weiwei, Yue Jing, and others resumed work on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, devoting themselves wholeheartedly to providing customers with technical services and business consulting. Following the official commencement of projects, Party member Liu Xiande led a team at the Yangzhou site in Jiangsu; Party member Sun Baotao headed a team at the Dezhou and Huanggang sites in Hubei; Party member Cao Zhenzhen led a team at the Jining and Jinan sites; Party member Shen Wenhuan directed a team at the Medical University area project; and active candidate Zhang Jian spearheaded efforts at the Zhangqiu site. Meanwhile, employee Zhao Weihé led the team at the Zaozhuang project. Under the exemplary leadership of these Party members, all company staff, energized and committed, swiftly and wholeheartedly threw themselves into the busy yet well-organized post-holiday production activities, kicking off the year with a spirit of striving for excellence and practical action.

“A Party member is a banner.” The Party branch of the Geotechnical Company unites and leads its young Party members, prospective Party members, and key technical personnel. Wherever they go and whatever projects they undertake, they consistently ensure that “the Party flag flies high on the front lines of geological work,” and they steadfastly put into practice the core values of Sinochem Shandong Geology—“customer first, craftsmanship”—in every project. Through concrete actions, they strive to uphold our institute’s strong corporate image of “honoring contracts, maintaining credibility, and earning trust,” delivering one satisfactory result after another for our clients.

Going forward, Shandong Sinochem Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. will continue to institutionalize Party‑history study and education, drawing sustained spiritual strength from the Party’s century‑long history. It will further integrate the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee into frontline field geological work and into the proactive commitment to boldly expand markets, translating this into concrete results that deliver tangible outcomes and further enhance departmental performance. In doing so, the company will make an even greater contribution to the high‑quality, rapid development of Sinochem Shandong Institute during the 14th Five‑Year Plan period, and mark the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 50th anniversary of Sinochem Shandong Institute with outstanding achievements.
