Second, closely monitor competitors, adopt a long‑term perspective, enhance core competitiveness, and ensure sustainable development during the 14th Five‑Year Plan period. Third, while staying focused on the core business, leverage digitalization as a supporting tool, actively capitalize on the institute’s strengths in building a beautiful planet and fostering rural revitalization, and seize market opportunities. Fourth, prioritize talent development, expand the workforce, and effectively implement mentorship and knowledge‑transfer programs to bolster the enterprise’s growth momentum. Fifth, vigorously promote the deep integration of Party‑building work with production and operations, enhancing the ability of Party‑building initiatives to align with central priorities and serve the broader national agenda.
