At the communication meeting of the equipment acceptance team, the Institute of Geological Research provided a brief overview of its institutional profile and core business, with particular emphasis on the current inventory and operational status of laboratory equipment, experimental techniques, and testing and inspection capabilities. The institute also presented its plan to establish an innovation laboratory in support of the China National Coal Administration and our group’s (the Bureau’s) efforts to advance scientific and technological innovation. In addition, it submitted the documentation for the 2019 geological exploration capacity‑building instrument procurement project, including records of equipment unpacking and acceptance, installation and commissioning, and comprehensive final acceptance. The inspection team carefully reviewed the relevant materials and conducted an on-site visit to assess the use of laboratory equipment and the condition of the experimental facilities. They unanimously concluded that this geological exploration capacity‑building instrument procurement project complies with the management requirements of the China National Coal Administration and recommended passing the acceptance.

The safety inspection team, comprising representatives from the China National Coal Administration, our group (bureau), and Beijing Dadi Anhuan Technology Development Co., Ltd., heard a report on the Institute of Geological Research’s work in production safety. The inspection focused on reviewing the implementation of safety production regulations and systems, the fulfillment of the principal person-in-charge’s responsibility for production safety, the certification requirements for personnel to assume their posts, safety education and training, and emergency response drills. The team also conducted an on-site visit to the Experimental Application Research Center, identified shortcomings in the Institute’s production safety efforts, and put forward recommendations for corrective action.

The acceptance inspection has played a positive role in helping the Institute of Geological Research further enhance equipment utilization efficiency, overcome technical challenges in testing, expand its testing capabilities, and elevate its level of safe production management. Taking this inspection as an opportunity, the Institute will press ahead with renewed vigor, diligently carry out related tasks, and better support the high-quality, stable development of the China National Coal Administration and our Group (Bureau).
