On the afternoon of January 12, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), together with Party Committee Member Diao Haizhong, met with a delegation led by Bi Jinbao, Chairman of Nanchang Iron & Steel Group Yeshan Mining Co., Ltd., and Chen Xia, Chairwoman of Beijing Zhongshi Qiyuan Culture Media Co., Ltd. The three parties engaged in in-depth discussions on strengthening pragmatic cooperation, reached broad consensus, and signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement.

Liu Xingwang welcomed the visit of Bi Jinbao, Chen Xia, and their delegation, providing an overview of the Group (Bureau) and its overall business development. He highlighted innovative applications and exemplary cases in areas such as mine ecological restoration, territorial spatial planning, and comprehensive land remediation. Liu Xingwang stated that the Group (Bureau) will uphold the value of “customer first,” remain customer‑oriented, and leverage its technological strengths and proven expertise. Through tripartite cooperation and complementary advantages, it aims to develop a flagship project integrating mine ecological protection and restoration with industrial development, thereby aligning ecological, economic, and social benefits for all stakeholders.
Bi Jinbao outlined the company’s background, areas of cooperation, and specific needs. He stated that Sinochem Mingda (Sinochem Bureau) is a key partner of Nanjing Iron & Steel Group Yeshan Mining Co., Ltd., and expressed hope that, through the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will leverage their respective expertise to deepen pragmatic collaboration across the entire geological value chain—covering mine environmental protection and remediation, mineral resource development, and other related fields—and achieve mutually beneficial growth.
Chen Xia expressed her appreciation for the achievements our group (bureau) has made in reform and development. She stated that she hopes the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further integrate high-quality resources, fully leverage each party’s strengths, and foster interconnectedness and mutually beneficial collaboration in the future, particularly in the areas of ecological protection and restoration as well as related industries.

Huang Yongming, Director of Regional Operations at the Group (Bureau); Zhang Yu, Director of the Planning and Development Department; Wang Yongming, Director of the Market Development Division, along with Deputy Director Jing Miao; Liu Junsheng, Vice President of the Institute of Geological Research; Tao Qiping, Chairman of the Fund Management Company; and other relevant personnel attended the signing ceremony.
