On November 19, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), led a delegation to attend the centralized signing ceremony for key investment‑attraction projects in Laiyuan County. Yang Weikun, Vice Mayor of Baoding City, and Chen Yingmin, Secretary of the Laiyuan County Party Committee, attended the ceremony and delivered remarks. Wang Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Laiyuan County Party Committee and County Mayor, and Liu Xingwang signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Liu Xingwang engaged in an in-depth exchange with Chen Yingmin. Chen Yingmin extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to Liu Xingwang for personally leading the delegation to attend the signing ceremony. He emphasized that the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau attaches great importance to and takes a keen interest in the economic and social development of Laiyuan, expressing confidence that, through further deepened cooperation, both sides will not only boost Laiyuan’s high-quality development but also achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
Liu Xingwang first extended his congratulations on the successful conclusion of the centralized signing ceremony in Laiyuan County. This not only demonstrates the Laiyuan County Party Committee and County Government’s determination and confidence in achieving high-quality development, but also marks a solid step forward in realizing their goal of building a “strong economic county in the new era and a beautiful Laiyuan.” Liu Xingwang emphasized that the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau will, guided by the value of “customer first,” focus on Laiyuan’s needs for structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, fully leverage its own strengths, and contribute further to elevating Laiyuan’s county-level economy to new heights in innovation, green development, and high-quality growth.
At the signing ceremony, the Group (Bureau) and the Laiyuan County Government successfully concluded a strategic cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, the Group (Bureau) will collaborate with Laiyuan County in areas such as the treatment and utilization of mine‑related solid waste and the comprehensive remediation of mining‑impacted environments. By leveraging its specialized technical expertise, attracting partner companies, and mobilizing fund‑driven initiatives, the Group aims to accelerate project implementation and deliver tangible results. In doing so, it will not only support Laiyuan’s high‑quality development but also reinforce the Group’s (Bureau’s) industrial framework of “one foundation, three pillars, and two integrations.”
The signing ceremony was chaired by Yin Gangliang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Laiyuan County Party Committee and Deputy County Mayor. County leaders including Zeng Wen, Director of the Standing Committee of the County People’s Congress, and Liu Zhechao, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference, attended the event. Accompanying them were Huang Yongming, Regional Operations Director of our Group (Bureau); Wang Yongming, Director of the Market Development Division, along with Deputy Director Jing Miao; Liu Feng, Director of the Base Management Center, and Deputy Director Lü Weihua; Chai Yi, General Manager of the Tianjin Branch; and Jiang Zhenning, Director of the Market Development Department at the Institute of Geological Research, among others.
