　　From September 16 to 18, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), led a delegation to pay a visit to the People’s Government of Zigui County, Hubei Province. He held in-depth discussions with Yang Yong, Secretary of the Zigui County Party Committee and County Mayor; Gu Pengfei, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Vice County Mayor; and Song Junhua, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Vice County Mayor, focusing on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, ecological and environmental restoration, and geological disaster mitigation.

　　Liu Xingwang began by outlining our group’s (bureau’s) historical evolution, current development status, key business segments, and exemplary flagship projects. Drawing on Zigui County’s 14th Five-Year Plan, he also put forward strategic recommendations for advancing the county’s ecological and environmental protection efforts. Liu Xingwang stated that the company will leverage the strengths of a central state-owned enterprise—its talent pool, advanced technologies, and research‑innovation capabilities—to help Zigui County become a model for implementing the national rural revitalization strategy and enhancing geological disaster prevention and control.

　　Gu Pengfei, on behalf of the Zigui County Government, extended a warm welcome to Liu Xingwang and expressed his gratitude to our group (bureau) for its meticulous planning and thorough preparations in support of Zigui County’s ecological and environmental development. Gu Pengfei noted that Zigui County is prone to geological disasters, placing significant pressure on ecological conservation and comprehensive management efforts, and he looks forward to establishing in-depth cooperation with our group (bureau) at an early date in areas such as geological disaster prevention and control, engineering surveying, mineral exploration, and integrated land‑use improvement across the entire county.

　　The principal officials of the Zigui County Government Office, the Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the Forestry Bureau, the Emergency Management Bureau, the Ecological Environment Bureau, the Water Resources and Lakes Bureau, and the Transportation Bureau, along with Liu Guoqing, Chairman of Sinochem Mingda Technology Co., Ltd., Fang Shaoping, Director of the Hubei Institute, Jing Miao, Deputy Director of the Market Development Division, Yao Rui, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Chief Engineer of the Hubei Institute, and Ju Linxue, Director of the Center for Ecological Geology at the Geological Research Institute, attended the symposium.
