On September 28 and 29, our institute organized, in Taian and Jinan respectively, a Party‑day event themed “Singing for the Motherland,” along with staff activities to celebrate National Day and welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival. Through segments such as a choral performance of “Singing for the Motherland,” a fun quiz game called “Pass the Flower While Drumming,” and an “Affectionate Puzzle Tribute to China,” the event paid tribute to the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, expressing deep love and heartfelt blessings for the motherland, and jointly ushering in the glorious National Day and the joyous Mid-Autumn Festival.
At the event site, more than 60 employees joined hands to form a circle of unity and played the “pass-the-flower” relay game. China National Chemical Corporation’s brand ambassador, “Dada,” paced to the rhythm of the drum, spreading festive joy and blessings to everyone. During the game, participants sang and answered questions about Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, sharing lighthearted trivia, while laughter and cheerful voices filled the air.
Employees and retirees from both districts joined in singing “Ode to the Motherland,” their voices filled with vigor and pride, expressing their admiration and best wishes for the great motherland. Holding national flags high, they formed the words “I ❤ China” in their own unique way, collectively wishing the nation a happy birthday and enduring prosperity.
Wang Qingfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, addressed the event on behalf of the Institute’s Party Committee, extending early greetings for the “Double Festival” and offering festive wishes to all staff members—especially those working on the front lines of field operations, retired colleagues, and their families. He emphasized that organizing this “Singing for the Motherland” Party Day and staff‑wide activity is highly necessary, as it helps promote traditional Chinese culture, foster patriotic sentiments, and invigorate our corporate cultural atmosphere. Over the past 71 years since the founding of New China, we have achieved remarkable accomplishments that have captured worldwide attention. Particularly during the fight against the pandemic, the inspiring spirit of “unity is strength” has been vividly demonstrated—a spirit that deserves to be expressed through collective singing, conveying our love for the motherland and our heartfelt blessings. We must strengthen corporate culture, launch a variety of enriching activities, boost morale, and rally our spirits, thereby contributing to the successful completion of all annual goals and tasks.
