On August 24, our institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Design Institute of China Railway 19th Bureau Group. Attending the signing ceremony were Wang Yanzhong, Executive Deputy Director of the Design Institute; Zhang Mingqiang, Head of the Central Plains Project Management Department of China Railway 19th Bureau Group; Qin Huayou, Deputy General Manager of the Mining Company of China Railway 19th Bureau Group; as well as our institute’s President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Diao Haizhong, and Chief Engineer Peng Mingzhang, among others.
　　Prior to the signing ceremony, the two parties engaged in an in-depth and cordial dialogue, each providing a comprehensive overview of their respective organizations. They also held thorough discussions on potential areas of cooperation in international business, domestic construction, exploration, surveying, and related fields, and expressed their shared commitment to further strengthening exchanges and collaboration going forward.
　　Wang Jiguo, Assistant to the President and Director of the General Office; Yang Xiaosan, Director of the Institute of Mineral Development (International); Liu Jianwen, Director of the Geological Science and Technology Department (Safety and Environmental Protection Department); and Wang Ying, Director of the Planning and Operations Department (Audit Department), attended the meeting.
