Field Road Engineering for the 2024 Dingzhou City High-Standard Farmland Renovation and Upgrade Project Labor subcontracting for Zones 1 and 2

Road surface clearing (including off-site removal), minor road grading, roadside slope trimming, formwork support on both sides of the road (formwork to be supplied by Party B), preliminary maintenance, and construction of expansion joints, among other works.

1. Bidders must possess independent legal personality and the capacity to perform the contract, including relevant professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other physical facilities, managerial competence, experience, reputation, and an adequate number of qualified personnel.

2. Not subject to an order to suspend business, disqualification from bidding, seizure or freezing of assets, or bankruptcy proceedings;

3. No instances of fraudulently obtaining a bid, material breach of contract, or significant engineering quality issues have occurred in the past three years.

4. Other qualification requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

IV. Deadline and Venue for Submission of Quotation Documents

Deadline ：2024 year 12 month 13 day 09:00 hours ( Beijing Time ). The quotation documents must be securely packaged and sealed (with the official seal affixed to the seal), and the cover of each package must clearly indicate the project name, supplier name, contact person, and telephone number. The quotation documents must be delivered prior to the quotation deadline. Lishan Road, Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province Building No. 80, North Wing 510 room , No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
