The Fifth Supervision Team of the General Administration conducted a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of our institute for the year 2020.

On December 25–26, the Fifth Supervision Team of the General Administration, led by Chen Haiyong, a member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of the General Administration, conducted the 2020 comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the institute’s leadership team and leading personnel.

On the afternoon of the 25th, Zhang Jianchun, deputy head of the Fifth Supervisory Group, presided over the assessment and evaluation meeting. At the meeting, Chen Haiyong delivered a mobilization speech on behalf of the supervisory group, outlining specific requirements for both the candidates and the assessment process from three perspectives: “enhancing awareness, adhering to principles, and enforcing strict discipline.” The Party and administrative leaders of the institute each presented on-site reports on their performance and integrity, speaking on behalf of both the institute’s leadership team and in their personal capacities. Following the presentations, members of the supervisory group provided detailed explanations regarding precautions for the newly adopted online evaluation method, the relevant procedures for democratic assessments and recommendations, as well as the basic criteria and eligibility requirements for reserve cadres. A total of 32 participants—including members of the institute’s leadership team, heads of various departments, and employee representatives—participated in a secret, anonymous democratic evaluation conducted online.

Following the meeting, members of the supervision team divided into two working groups and conducted individual interviews with members of the hospital’s leadership team, mid-level managers, and selected employee representatives. They extensively solicited feedback from cadres and employees on the hospital’s leadership team and its leaders, gaining an in-depth understanding of the hospital’s annual operations. In addition, the supervision team reviewed relevant documents and other materials to assess the implementation of Party building work and the responsibility system for promoting integrity and clean governance in 2020, as well as efforts related to corporate culture development and personnel selection and appointment.

Hu Junrui from the Party and Mass Work Department of the General Administration, together with Zhang Mingyue from the Asset and Finance Department, participated in the supervisory assessment.
