The Party Committee of the Institute has arranged to carry out in-depth study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision.
On March 26, the Party Committee of the institute convened a special Party Committee meeting on comprehensively strengthening Party governance and a study-and-education seminar on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Decision, to mobilize and deploy efforts to deepen the study and education on this topic. Jiao Sen, a member of the Bureau (Group) Party Committee and Chief Engineer in charge of the Party and administrative work at the Shandong Institute, issued instructions and set forth specific requirements for this study-and-education initiative.

The meeting focused on studying selected excerpts from “Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Expositions on Strengthening the Party’s Work Style” and “An Introduction to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Thoughts on Party Building,” and conveyed and studied the “Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Conducting In-Depth Study and Education throughout the Party on Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision.” It also communicated the spirit of the meeting of the Leading Group for Party Building under the CPC Central Committee, as well as the guiding principles from the work conference convened by the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on launching in-depth study and education to implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision. In addition, the meeting deliberated and established the Leading Group and a dedicated task force under the Institute’s Party Committee to carry out this study and education initiative.
The meeting pointed out that conducting in-depth study and education on the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Decision is an important measure to consolidate and expand the achievements of thematic education, promote the institutionalization and long-term effectiveness of Party‑discipline study and education, and advance the comprehensive and rigorous governance of the Party. It is also an essential requirement for strengthening ties between the Party and the people, consolidating the Party’s governing foundation, and providing strong support for advancing Chinese modernization. All must raise their political awareness, deeply appreciate the profound significance of this study and education, thoroughly grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on strengthening the Party’s work style, as well as the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Decision and its detailed implementation rules, and ensure that thoughts and actions are fully aligned with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions and with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. We must implement these directives conscientiously and without compromise, further educating and guiding all Party members and cadres to integrate the spirit of the Eight-point Decision into their daily work and make it a regular practice, thereby demonstrating through concrete actions our firm commitment to upholding the “two establishments” and resolutely safeguarding the “two safeguards.”
The meeting emphasized the need to stay focused on the central theme, strengthen overall coordination, integrate learning with practical application, and strive for tangible results. It called for the full implementation of all arrangements for study and education, advancing “learning, self-examination, and rectification” in a coordinated manner, and ensuring that study and education are carried out thoroughly and effectively in line with the standards of taking the lead and setting an example, thereby leveraging the outcomes of these efforts to drive high-quality development within the institute (company). First, We must implement the “four‑fold learning synergy,” strengthen study and discussion, and ensure that learning is thoroughly internalized and translated into concrete actions and tangible results. Second, It is necessary to benchmark and align with established standards, conduct a thorough review of existing problems and weaknesses, identify root causes and underlying issues, and strengthen cautionary education. Third is It is essential to strengthen coordination and synergy, advance the rectification of identified issues, and use the satisfaction of employees and the public as the benchmark for assessing the effectiveness of these efforts, ensuring that they can tangibly experience the fresh momentum and positive changes brought about by the study and education campaign. Fourth is We must use learning to drive action, energize our efforts, and integrate the implementation of study and education with key tasks such as deepening reform, enhancing quality and efficiency, and striving to achieve the year’s goals and objectives—thereby resolving problems and advancing our work.
The meeting called for strengthening organizational leadership and oversight with high standards and rigorous requirements. The dedicated task force is to guide each Party branch in formulating work plans tailored to their specific circumstances, ensuring the full implementation of all arrangements for study and education. Efforts should be intensified to enhance publicity and guidance, fostering a robust atmosphere, and adopting multiple measures to ensure that study and education are carried out effectively and with tangible results. Taking this initiative as an opportunity, we will deepen and advance the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, and leverage the outcomes of study and education to drive high-quality development of the institute (company).
More than 20 people attended the meeting, including members of the hospital’s leadership team, senior executives, heads of various functional departments, secretaries of all Party branches, and staff from the Party affairs department.
