In recent years, the vast majority of female employees across the Bureau have steadfastly upheld Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guiding principle, comprehensively studied, publicized, and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee. Closely aligned with the Bureau’s (Group’s) central tasks, they have remained committed to their posts, worked diligently, forged ahead with determination, and dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, making positive contributions to advancing the Bureau’s (Group’s) high-quality development. At the same time, a number of outstanding collectives and individuals have emerged. To commend these role models, set exemplary standards, and boost morale, further inspiring all female employees to stay true to their duties, take responsibility, and demonstrate initiative, thereby contributing the strength of women to the Bureau’s (Group’s) successful completion of all goals and tasks, the Bureau’s (Group’s) trade union has decided to confer the title of “March 8th Red Banner Holder” on 12 comrades, including Liu Yang; and to award the title of “March 8th Red Banner Collective” to 11 collectives, including the Assets and Finance Department of the Inner Mongolia Geological Exploration Institute of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau. It is hoped that the honored individuals and collectives will cherish this recognition, remain modest and prudent, press ahead with renewed vigor, and, from this new starting point, actively deliver new achievements and create new milestones. All female employees throughout the Bureau are encouraged to take these exemplary collectives and individuals as models, firmly uphold their ideals and convictions, courageously assume responsibilities, strive to make contributions through hard work, interpret their original aspirations and missions with practical actions, and write their stories of responsibility and commitment with tangible results, thus lending their strength to help the Bureau (Group) fight with all its might to conclude the 14th Five-Year Plan and usher in a new chapter during the 15th Five-Year Plan.
