All Party branches under the institute have fully completed their annual organizational life meetings and democratic evaluations of Party members.

To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and to uphold the seriousness of intra‑party political life, all Party branches under the Institute, in accordance with the relevant directives from higher authorities and the unified arrangements of the Institute’s Party Committee, have recently completed, one after another, the 2024 organizational life meetings and democratic evaluations of Party members.

Prior to the meeting, each Party branch organized Party members to conduct focused study—through both centralized sessions and self‑study—on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and key instructions and directives pertaining to their respective fields and systems. They also studied the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct, its detailed implementation rules, relevant internal Party regulations, and the institute’s (or company’s) internal management measures, thereby laying a solid ideological foundation for holding high‑quality organizational life meetings and democratic evaluations of Party members. Through face-to-face conversations, branch committee members engaged with one another, committee members held discussions with Party members, and Party members exchanged views among themselves, soliciting opinions and suggestions. In accordance with the relevant requirements, all Party members conducted in‑depth self‑examination to identify existing problems and shortcomings, and carefully completed the “Democratic Evaluation of Party Members Registration Form,” ensuring thorough preparation for the organizational life meeting.

In light of their organizational structure and actual production and business conditions, each Party branch adopted a combined format—alternating between Party group meetings and branch-wide Party member assemblies—to conduct the annual organizational life meeting and the democratic evaluation of Party members. On behalf of their respective branches, the secretaries reported on the year’s work and on the progress made in addressing issues identified at last year’s organizational life meeting. Drawing on their personal thoughts and practical work experiences, Party members examined existing problems, engaged in self‑criticism, and engaged in mutual criticism around the themes of the organizational life meeting, thereby achieving the goals of aligning thinking, strengthening unity, and advancing work. During the democratic evaluation of Party members, each Party group and branch, based on members’ day-to-day performance, organized anonymous, objective, and impartial assessments and scoring. Following the meetings, each branch, in light of the issues identified, clarified directions for rectification, formulated specific corrective measures, and made formal commitments to implement them, ensuring that the remedial efforts yield tangible results.

To strengthen guidance and ensure effective implementation, the Party Committee of the institute established a supervisory team for organizational life meetings and democratic evaluations of Party members. Members of the supervisory team attended the special organizational life meetings of each Party branch and provided commentary and guidance.

This organizational life meeting and the democratic evaluation of Party members represent an important measure for thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Through criticism and self-criticism, Party members have further strengthened their sense of organizational discipline and their Party spirit, while bolstering the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch.

All Party-member leading cadres of the institute attended the organizational life meetings and democratic evaluations of their respective Party groups or Party branches as ordinary Party members.
