Recently, a heavy snowfall arrived unexpectedly, blanketing Jinan in pristine white. The entire city seemed to don a dreamlike cloak of silver, creating a winter landscape of rare beauty—yet the snow also posed challenges for residents’ daily commutes. To ensure smooth traffic flow in the Jinan office district and surrounding roads, and to facilitate safe passage for employees and vehicles, the First Party Branch, in collaboration with the Second Party Branch, organized a volunteer snow‑removal and ice‑clearing effort, helping to clear “safe corridors” for staff.

During the cleanup, everyone braved the bitter cold with great enthusiasm, undaunted by dirt or fatigue. Armed with snow shovels and other tools, they worked in teams, coordinating seamlessly. Volunteers wielded pushers, spades, and brooms to thoroughly clear the snow from the roads leading from the office building to the cafeteria, the main entrance, and the areas around nearby bus stops. Despite the biting wind, every face was lit up with warm, enthusiastic smiles, embodying dedication and responsibility through their concrete actions. After nearly an hour of hard work, clean, well‑maintained pathways emerged both inside and outside the premises.

This snow-clearing initiative was not only a collective act of dedication by the members of the First and Second Party Branches, but also a powerful embodiment of the spirit of Lei Feng. Through their concrete actions, they brought to life the profound meaning of “one Party member is a banner,” demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of Party members in the new era. Their figures stood out brightly against the pristine white snow, and the spirit of Lei Feng shone ever more brightly in their deeds.
